Physical Therapist & Owner Piedmont Physical Therapy, Inc.
If you or someone you know has been suffering with knee pain which is preventing you from what you want, need and love to do – this FREE report is for you. Whether you've been in pain for just a few short weeks, or if you have suffered for years, this report will provide you with do-it-yourself strategies to allow you to experience the active and healthy lifestyle you once had.
If you are like me (yes, this is your physical therapist speaking!), you’ve waited a long time for this problem to go away by itself. Fortunately, most aches and pains do eventually subside on their own. But when they don’t, we often delay seeking help for the problem until it becomes bad enough that we either physically can’t continue, or the emotional toll is just too much to bear. It’s frustrating for me to witness the number of people suffering needlessly with knee pain. That is why I’ve written this 16-page report detailing things ANY person can do to begin discovering relief from knee pain and stiffness…, NATURALLY!
Maybe you've tried some exercises that you found on the internet only to find that they did not resolve the problem (… or even made it WORSE!). Perhaps you’ve also discovered that rest and medication were not the answer – and the problem continued…
The reason I am offering this report is because I want you to know that there IS hope for enjoying a life without knee pain and getting back to being active once again. In my 20 years of practice I have learned 2 very important things when it comes to persistent knee pain:

"It is so great not to use my crutches to walk. My left knee is feeling great and I am back to doing my usual activities. The staff at Piedmont Physical Therapy are very professional and friendly. I am very grateful for all their assistance."
Mid 30's, Gainesville, VA.
"When I first arrived for PT I was in incredible pain with my knees to the point that every day was a challenge. I was also given stretching and strengthening exercises to do at home. I went from 2 times/week to 1 time/week as I improved. I can now stand for hours at my job which I couldn’t do before I started PT. I’m not waking up at night anymore in pain."
Early 50's, Bristow, VA.
"I never had PT before and didn't know what to expect. The plan was individualized to me and the one-on-one instructions made it easy to follow and learn the techniques and tips on my own. The results got better and better after each visit. My knee problem although not severe was preventing me from doing what I enjoyed which was bowling. It also prevented me from easily climbing and descending stairs. After PT, I have little to no difficulty with these activities. The staff was very attentive and friendly. If I ever have another issue I wouldn't hesitate to be treated at Piedmont Physical Therapy again. Thank you!"
